I've just got back from our local Aldi and wanted to ask opinions about their kitchenware...
They have a huge range in at the moment;
Slowcooker
Dishwasher
Kettle
Toaster
Toaster oven
Convection oven
Stick blender
Electric mixer thingy (like a small kitchenaid)
Hot water urn
Now, most of it is of no use to me, but I had been wondering about the slowcooker, the electric mixer thingy (lol, that's the technical term) and the dishwasher.
Does anyway have any of the Aldi stuff? The name on the box is Lumina. If you do, how is it?

Hi Almo - I have an Aldi slow cooker, but it is not a 'Lumina'. The make is Quigg, and I bought it last November. It has three settings, High Low and Auto, and it performs very well. It is rather large (6 litres, I guess), but for the price I paid for it (19 Euros) it seems very good value for money. The only other Aldi equipment I have is an overlocker (make Delta) and that has been working very well, too."Remember that many of the things you have now you could once only dream of" - Epicurus0 -
Hi, I'm curious to know if you bought the slowcooker and how it's working if you did. It's coming tomorrow to the Aldi again and I am looking for a slow cooker.0
