AnW'sMum thanks, we thought steriliser fluid would be ok (they want a lot for the proper stuff) we're going to bring it here tomorrow to check stuff and practise puting the beds out :o aswell as clean it, make sure the water pump etc all works as the first place we're going to in York is powerless which scares me. I'll have about an hour to do all that before DP goes to work lol. Only thing I can't check is what runs with the gas until we get some gas bottles, I think. DOH!! Matches/something to light things with, will have to double check if it has igniting button or not then work out what we need, thanks for that reminder. My fingers are firmly crossed that the trip goes well, we've been before but I think I enjoyed it more than the boys. Hope this week is as pain free as possible and full of good memories, wish we could do more to help.

Shell, will be thinking of you, just stay calm and try to enjoy it!

jjef, studying hasn't been going too bad here considering we started behind (stuff sent to the wrong house) this caused us to have to drop one of the 3 we'd taken on which now I think was the best thing we ever did. We've passed the TMAs so far, some with much higher marks than I expected but some were a 'just'. I am DREADING the exams in October, I just hate exams! Great to hear your tutor has been helpful, ours so far have been thankfully.

Got home really late after the club, getting really annoyed now as we're later and later because others are just going home and not helping, going to be words had next week, getting home well after 10pm when I have to take the boys isn't going to continue.

Housework, I've just put a washload in the drier and one on the airers, because it's rained all day until about 9pm tonight. Filled the DW, think I'll manage to fit brekkie stuff in before I start it.

Goodnight everyone, I'll hopefully be around a little more tomorrow x
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning all

I'm a little confused - there's this strange round yellow thing in the sky this morning and the sky isn't leaking and there are no yellow and orange bits for this part of the country on the Met Office website. Do you think this means we're going to have a fine day? Shock! Horror!

AnW's mum - hugs for Friday. Anniversaries are so difficult aren't they? I'll dig out a yellow top on Friday and wear it for you.
Shell - good luck! Hope the nerves don't get the better of you.
    JJeff - welcome back!

Am off to work soon. With the dog and am hoping I'll be able to achieve something today (yesterday was v. frustrating in that things kept breaking for the strangest of reasons).

Have a nice day ladies - catch you later.

    Good morning.

I was busting for the loo so i had to get up.:o I can't make a start because stepdaughters are asleep downstairs. Although i have made my bed:p . Back to school here today so shouldn't be such a manic morning if i'm up so early.Although i do have to be at Toddlers at 8.45 to open up.

Hugs to AnW's Mum, you will be in my thoughts.

Good luck Shell on your driving test. On the way to mine i nearly crashed into a skip. My driving instructor had to slam the breaks on and grab the wheel:o because i tried to squeeze into a space which was too small. The look on his face when i passed was a picture:rotfl: he wasn't expecting it.

Just a quick check in before we all get ready for school/trip. I must remember to take a travel sick tablet as coaches can leave me feeling a bit green around the gills :o

Morning all! Well i have DD2 home today. We had a thunder storm last night and everytime it thundered she woke up. So am tired and she is sat on the sofa watching mickey mouse happy as a little piggie in the you-know-what!

AnW'sMum - I don't have anything yellow to wear, but my thoughts will be with you for Friday xxx

Shell - Good luck for today, fingers crossed, you CAN do it!:money:

OK so I haven't gotten much done this week so far but today am going for gold! Because DD2 is home I don't have to walk to school and then back 2 hours later to pick her up so that's an extra hour I have. I have booked How clean is your house on the telly just because i love watching and thinking at least my house isnt that bad lol! But I promise to do a fair bit today but I will take care not to do too much! I definitely don't want another stay in hospital lol.
