More IVA F+F Queries!

Hi All,
I got great advice last time, so I'm back for some more....basically, I'm in an IVA which returns 28p/£ to my creditors. I've since been offered a lump sum which is being put towards my Full and Final Proposal which would return 35p/£ to my creditors. However, I've read recently that they're not looking at anything much below 40p/£, so I'm wavering between feeling hopeful and desperate. My IP says it looks good, and I've spoken to a few other people who say it looks pretty good, too, and that I could've even got away with offering less but would really like some more opinions, particularly from anyone recently who's had a proposal (either F+F or initial) accepted or rejected....my main creditors are Egg and The Co-operative Bank.
