What do you mean 'as usual'? Do they cancel your orders regularly? Thats awful. I've never had an order cancelled. I wouldn't put up with that.

Yes - whenever i use a link and a coupon they cancel my order :mad:
Yet other people seem to use both and theres go through!!

Could you try changing your details, e.g. your email address?

After the first time they did it, i e-mailed them and was told by them it didnt matter how many e-mail addresses you hold, they know when you use a direct discount link and a discount code together, i have not used um for yonks and when i saw the sims on there thought i give it a try and once again they cancelled :mad:
