Help - Need Advice !!

I'm currently trying to fill in a SOA for my father. He has significant credit card and loan debts and as he is 70 only recieves limited funds. I've moved back home to try and subsidise the money problems but don't know what i need to declare on the SOA. At the moment there is only one credit card company who have stopped his account and i'm managing to keep the others up to date but do I show the full picture to mint or could this have very serious complications.
