Your first win???

My first win came not long after I started entering and was a Barbie MP3 Accessory Pack (my 6 year old Ds was not amused:rotfl: ), but it went into the present box and was well received.

My biggest win has been £500 cash (still not received yet:mad: ), from a Virgin Radio comp.

Have won various other wonderful things, including tickets to premier movies, and a trip to Edinburgh with travel included, oh allsorts.

It just makes a change to actually look forward to the postman delivering the mail, instead of worrying about which bill/demand will land on the mat next:rotfl: .

Still have a wish list though, LCD TV, wii, xbox360, laptop. Just biggy stuff really on my wish list. Am not expecting to win these but you can hope, and it is fun imagining where something could go, or who in the family could use that prize.

Keep at it. I only started in February and have smashed my £2008 for 2008.

I've only been comping for a couple of weeks, but . . . on my very first day I entered the National Trust Family Pass competition and won one!!! So despite it being a small prize (and they gave away 2000 of them) it has spurred me on and I'm totally hooked and incredibly grateful for the people who have taken the time to post the comps and compile the daily list Mind you, the end of the month comps took me by surprise 800+ :eek: I cherry picked comps that I thought I would like to prize to and entered over 200 that day

Only started this last week and jus had my first win, a Saawariya DVD, so not bad for a start Okay so its a Blu-Ray and a film Ill prob never watch but itll make someone a nice present, or even a few pennies on ebay Thank you to the OP [theres a few comps for the same thing so not sure which I entered lol] and also big thanks to those that go out there way to make the comp lists, much appreciated!! My first win was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Goodie bag - it was a runners up prize but inspired me to keep going.

My first big win was probably the £200 I won from Puzzler, which quickly got put towards a holiday.

First thing I won was a Philips Home Cinema System in Feb 2007 (about 2 years after I first started comping on here :eek:)

Bear in mind though the board was tiny then and there was probably the same amount of comps going on in a week as there are in a day now!

My first win was about 2 months after starting on the comps - it was a Lulu Guiness handbag worth £400 and a Jagger top worth £150!!!

My best win was a Wii last year, saved our christmas!!!

I've been comping since the end of March and my first win has been my biggest, a weekend in Glasgow with 1st class rail travel - ridiculously expensive - 2 nights in a hotel with breakfast both mornings and dinner on one night, and i'm going this Friday ! I had 8 wins last month, nothing huge but everyone made my day and that's what it's all about !

i have been comping for a few weeks, havent won anything myself as of yet but fingers crossed...
my sis (josie) entered me in for a few of the glamour ones and i won 3 things!
i only do comps ending at the minute, should i start doing the normal ones? i dont know where to start, theres so many!

Fairly new to this and my main win was from the News Of The World in April. Won an Executive box for 15 at Arsenals ground for Sweden v Brazil. It was great as free beer and food. Was worth £2500.
Just waiting for my next win now.

he he, i spend so long reading about all the great things other people have won i forget to enter any comps! the "i've won" board is almost as addictive as the comps boards!
