Organic chicken - dear but worth it.

That's another factor that is often overlooked when considering organic foods - the taste!!! :drool:
I can't begin to tell you how much better organic food tastes, the meat/poultry as well as fruit/veggies etc. I'd actually forgotten how real pork was meant to taste, having got so used to the wishy washy flavours of mass-produced supermarket pork, until I had a leg of pork the other week from Jimmy's Farm, which came from a rare breed Essex Pig. The flavours, and even the smell during cooking, was out of this world and well worth every penny I paid. I still have over half the joint left, sliced and frozen, so we can savour it for a few more meals yet
