Banana skin curry??

On Sunday Life, BBC1, this morning, there was a discussion about using leftovers. An elderly lady had written a book which included banana skin curry but no clues regarding the recipe.

Anyone bought the book or got any ideas?

I have been searching for this book too, if anyone has a link to it or the isbn I would be eternally grateful, as my Google-fu is truly failing me today!

Yes, I saw that programme this morning. I don't have the book, and unfortunately the libraries near me don't have it!
If people recommend it (Second Time Around by Pamela Le Bailly) I might dip into my pocket and buy it:D
