All depends on how much you want to spend and what you're looking for I suppose.
The Parkside (don't know if it's still called that) in Woughton on the Green is lovely, with nice views out of some rooms. Can be a bit noisy, though, if there's a function on.
My personal favourite (when pushing the boat out), though, is Whittlebury Hall. Very dear but service is great and rooms are cracking.
BTW...both have got pretty good sound insulation in the walls between rooms;)
