Flower Bulbs - All sorts - Just 1p instore at Sainsbury's!

Options
Hi All,

In my local Sainsbury's today, i picked up 10 boxes of flower bulbs for all sorts of different types. The best thing was, they were only 1p a box! They were originally £5.99, £4.99 & £3.99, so its a massive saving.

Some of them were marked at 1p on the shelf label, and others were marked at full price but still scanned at 1p at the till.

I don't know if its nationwide, but its worth a look - my local store had a Huge Display full of them.

If anyone wants the barcode numbers or a photo of what to look for, look below, post 3.

This is probably a silly question but I gather these would be to plant to flower next year? would they last that long?

Yes, I guess they say plant between March and May or something on the pack, which will be why they're written off - great find! Hope I can get some later on my way into town now!!
