I don't very often post on this board, nor do I preach! However I feel compelled to point out Martins advice:
Pls remember Debt-Free Wannabee's for support and help not judgement
Regardless of the fact the income per month is over £6000, the OP is (a) a newbie (b) need help (c) has debt...something many of us have been at one time on this board. In my experience sometimes the more people earn, the less good they are with money/saving/budgeting etc. so I'm sure we can all cheer up the OP with some helpful advice.:D
I dont understand directors loans/tax credits/benefits etc. so will leave that to someone else to help with and I'll go check out your SOA and see if I can help in anyway
Edit: god knows what ive done to the text in the post, cant get it back to normal sorry!!

Regarding the 2 houses. I think when you get to the stage of being 39 weeks pregnant and make one of your first posts "please help before I slit my wrists" (see house board for thread), then you need to re-evaluate your life, like the others on here have said, the best option is to either make your husband commute and live in the first house, or all live in a flat close to where he works. You mention in one post that you would then have £25k of debt on top of your £30k that you already have... £55k. Yes it seems a lot, but there are plenty on this board who have tried every trick in the book to reduce their debt and they are a great bunch of peopple who have so many good ideas.
One thing I want to point out is, it might be a massive mountain but you can climb it, like many others on here have done. The sense of achievement after you pay all your debts back will be brilliant. Good luck OP
