How long did it take for you get to the point of penning Full & Final Offers?

Did you realise like my self that more then half my total net income was going on servicing the debt or did you default for three months and then pen the letters?

My gripe is that I cant pay these back due to the amounts being spread out all over the place therefore they have become unmanagable. I still pay minimums...

Usually you stipulate a time period for return of correspondence.
So by your letter it will be exactly two weeks.

Regards and good luck from Curious me.

A word of advice when you deal with banks, treat them like its business, be tough and be as they are goal orientated, they want x amount of your money so make them work for it. Aim for a result that your happy with its usually a compromise.

I got back around £2000 in fees/charges over a few of my credit cards by playing hard like they do. Thats all the fees ever charged. OK im not the best customer but I always pay.
