We had the Sainsbury's value fish fillets for tea this evening. It was the first time I'd tried them so just baked them in foil as suggested on the pack and they were fine. I did them with roasted vegetable (peppers, toms, onion, etc) and new potatoes and the meal was very good. They did not have a lot of flavour but white fish is not strongly flavoured anyway so these were as good as anything else. They had no bones or skin either. Considering the price I think we will be having these quite often.
Up Jacob's Creek without a paddle!
