Virgin Credit Card Payment @ Co-op Bank

I posted this on the CC board but thought someone here might be able to help!

Hi,

Wonder if someone could help.

If I made a payment to my virgin credit card today at the bank on the payment slip i.e. the co-op. Would the money instantly be shown as received at Virgin's end as the payment was made at the bank they use rather than say through my own?

Probably not but it will if you pay at a shop with Pay-Point facilities.

It's more likely to be the next working day that it shows!
Try phoning Virgin to see if the payment has reached your account and if not, assure them that the payment was made and how, sometimes they'll make a note of it and may avoid a late payment charge
