Debt to Relative / DMP

Does anyone know.. how do Payplan or CCCS deal with a debt to a family member along side debts to usual creditors (cards, ODs and loans etc)? Do they include it as one of your creditors or are you allowed more in your budget to give some back to the relative or is it ignored altogether and they come at the very bottom of the pile?

Many thanks :)

I know on the CCCCS online debt remedy www.cccs.co.uk there is an option to put in loans from family members in outgoings and it seems to allow you to be able to pay them as part of your normal budget, i.e. it seems to be treated like any other outgoing you have such as medical, groceries
Money doesn't make you happy so I'm skint but cheerful
