Northern Rock Overpay / Drawback Facility

Just a random thought that's occured to me now when it's too late to do anything about it... Thought someone on here might know...
I have a Northern Rock mortgage with an overpayment / drawback facility. For the past 4 years or so I've been making a small overpayment each month, just a couple of pounds here or there. Now I know in true MSE I should leave it there, however I'm getting married in a few months and we're working to a very tight budget... I've been toying with the idea of drawing down the minimum £1000 as a safety net to make sure we can pay for what we want at the wedding. OH will be paying about 3x that amount so it's fair I should contribute something...
Anyway, I waffle on... The main point of my post is.... Now that the government owns Northern Rock, will I still be able to draw the money down?

A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
