Have any existing Lloydstsb customers remortaged with Lloydstsb recently and if so was their a discount rate being offered for being an existing customer?

i have just come to the end (yesterday) of my 4.45% fix for 2 years.
they were not offering anything other than the std rates, I am a lowish LTV so would expect to access to any best deals out there (50%)
so have gone to First Direct @ 5.25% - just waiting to have the final remortgage steps to happen0
