Mortgage with CCJ

Before I get all the remarks about the current credit situation, I am asking for some advice from the many helpful mortgage brokers/financial advisors on this forum.
I am a first time buyer, currently have 1 CCJ (satisfied) no other debt, and I have found a house I am interested in.
Current earnings 32k
Looking at a property valued at 120k, able to get 5% deposit (kind parents)
Is there anywhere that would consider me for a mortgage?
Thanks

Possibly Abbey (and I stress possibly). Can't think of any other lenders at 95% LTV I'm afraid.0

Sorry Chris, not in the new lending enviroment. I think at the very least 10% deposit.
Lenders want only prime risks now, there simply is no market for higher risks apart from a handfull of lenders which require large depsoits and charge high rates.0 -
Thanks for the replies, guess i will leave it a while and build some savings up then!Last Cigarette 24/6/090
