ah, the one thing I've realised through my property bee stuff is STC is very much not sold
an increasing number of them are now going STC to Available, although I doubt this one will be. It's aimed squarely at the footballer/successful crack dealer market who tend to not use conventional finance (I've seen details of Christano Ronaldo's mortgage, and it would make normal people weep)It's a health benefit ...0 -
