I wanna Myers Sussex double mattress or a dreams emerald double

Hi

I really want either myers "sussex" double mattress or dreams emerald dbl mattress.
Ive seen the sussex one at dreams for 349 pounds
& emerald for 599 pounds:eek:

Ive checked on ebay but they only have sussex kingsize

Currently sleeping on deflated air mattress, so not keen on waiting another month.

Hope people can help & beat those prices. ;)

Thanx

Is there any particular reason why you want either of those models?

Personally I wouldn't recommend buying a big chain stores own brand, as they can be quite low quality, and made as cheaply as possible.

As for the Myers Sussex, where did you find it?

Ah, now I understand........I presume that it is a model that is made especially for dreams to their own spec (usually cheaply). They often do this then give a price promise, but they are the only company who sell it. So as I mentioned before with their own brand: Avoid.

They actually say very little about the type of springs, the density of the memory foam, or the depth of the memory foam. There is often a reason why they give very little info.

You can find open coil sprung/memory foam mattresses (which this appears to be) far cheaper.

    Hi
Can you recommend any open coil sprung/memory foam mattresses? OH likes medium on the hard/soft scale.

    Thank you for your help

The best value one that I have seen is the Violet made by La Romantica Beds. Kozeesleep and Restus both make some good ones also. There are quite a few on the market, but you need to check the spec for them.

I also asked this a while back, to no response

Is there any particular double mattress anyone recommends that is a tad cheaper than that. At the moment we have springs coming through which can be rather painful! We just want something comfy, not too hard, not too soft...

There is a huge range of good quality mattresses available on the market at very low prices, so you need to be more specific?
