Furnitureland Gone into administration

"Furnitureland has become the latest furniture retailer to go into administration.

Administrators from Ernst and Young were appointed yesterday. All stores are closed today, but will re-open tomorrow until October 5 to deal with existing customer orders, although they will not be accepting new business.

Customers who have placed orders are being asked to contact the store where they made their purchase."

Now I had my sofa delivered back in June this year, but I took out insurance to protect it for the next 5 years. Going back through the paperwork now in light of this, does anyone have experience of who the protection/insurance is with as I've tried my local branch and Head Office, who are not answering or are constantly engaged?
