    have ordered this before...and as I recall, it arrived very quickly indeed and I saved myself £1.55 (cost of glucosamine at my local supermarket) into the bargain..;)

    Haven't yet investigated if it is the case, but it has been suggested to me that you can get glucosamine on prescription, which in Wales means free!
