Wafthurst credit ?

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but hopefully someone will point me in the right direction.

I have ongoing finance with Wafthurst, i have telephoned them 3 times over the last 18 mnths asking for an upto date statement of them showing all our payments and i just keep getting fobbed of :mad:
I know there is a letter you can send and request this info under the dat protection act but i can't find it. i have spent the last 2 days on here trying.
Anyone give me any clues

If you go over to www.consumeractiongroup.com there is a template. Don't forget to send special delivery and a chq or postal order for ten pounds .They then have 40 days to action. If they ignore you can phone/report to the information commisioners office. I think this is what you were asking for! If you can't find - give me a shout.
