My husband received a handwritten postcard from this company, we called them and they were extremely rude, and most unhelpful and we have no idea what this is regarding as he has no outstanding debts.

I had to do some detective work on the internet to even find out who they really are.

I am finding the whole issue quite worrying, can anyone offer advice?

    The main advice would have been NEVER PHONE THEM . hope you withheld your number . There are template letters floating about for these sort of letters .
