Morning everyone. My current fixed rate mortgage with IF of 4.99% ends on the 1/9/08 so am starting to think about changing my mortgage. When should i start looking around? I might contact my current lender to see what they could offer me as well. Any advice would be most grateful. Thanks.

Now would be a good time, especially as rates are still increasing.0

A mortgage offer can be valid for up to 6 months depending on the lender and scheme, so now would be a good time to start looking into it.I am a Mortgage Adviser :jYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
