Salsa and cold pasta

We like cold pasta with a tomato based dressing, but I can't find any low calorie ones (can someone let me know if they have seen one) and i thought that it might be nice with a salsa - to my shame I never made a salsa - can someone give me definitive recipe with no oil ( or very little) please - i have to shift this weight it has been too long now!

    Tinned tomatoes(or fresh), onion, fresh coriander, fresh chilli, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Adjust quantities to suit personal taste, i like lots of chilli, but others may not!
    I've also never seen one with oil in it, shouldnt be made with any oil!

    On browsing google found a few with oil. The reason I asked here rather than google was there was so many and I trust old stylers!!

    i make it the same as gunsandbanjos but also add diced peppers, definately no oil!
