Hi everyone, im looking to take my family to centre parcs in sherwood forest, im looking for any discount codes or vouchers please. Can anyone help me :T

hi today i received a leaflet from my building society

if you call 0870 066 1623 quoting SOCIETY you will get 20% discount at centre parcs
offer is on midweek and weekend stays

Thanks for the voucher for CenterParcs. Do you know if it applies to Whinfell Forest also and if there is a limit on the types of accomodation and/or dates it can be used for?

:doh: i have just checked leaflet

the parks included are SHERWOOD FOREST,ELVEDEN FORESTand OASIS WHINFELL FOREST and LONGLEAT FOREST

the offer is for MIDWEEK and WEEKEND stays from 7/10/05-24/4/06

in small writing it says in order to qualify,you must book quoting PP100.6.

in large writing it says quote SOCIETY

EXCLUDES WEEKENDS 21/10/05-30/12/05 ,10/2/06-17/2/06 and 7/4/06

EXCLUDES MIDWEEK17/10/05-31/10/05,19/12/05-2/1/06, 13/2/06 and 10/4/06-17/4/06

after looking at small print of dates excluded i hope you can find a short break

In todays daily mail newspaper there are discounts on centre parcs holidays. there are various levels of discount depending on when you want to go. Hope this helps

I know it would be their peak time, was hoping for an early booking discount or similar if available please,Thanks all

I've just come back from Sherwood today and booked for next October half term. There were no discounts for booking in advance though this may be because we only go at peak times (I'm a teacher). the person who dealt with me had difficulty finding the kind of villa I wanted for the dates I wanted and this is 12 months in advance! Discounts only seem to be available for off peak times when they aren't able to fill the villages.

I have been to Oasis Whinfell 6 times now and have never once been offered a discount on peak times. Basically they know they can fill it and dont need to offer anything. Although because I have been more than 5 times we are given discount vouchers for the activities and cafes also can checkin early and pick lodge for free. And people go on about all the holidays teachers have, they dont realise we have to pay top price to get away!

We too book a year in advance for holidays. The only "discount" being that if you book whilst you are still on the premises, you will get your cancellation/insurance free (worth about £23 I think). Don't leave getting a "big" villa if you need it to the last minute or you will miss out. We need a 4 bed villa and the first year we went I booked the week before xmas for the following October half term and got the last one (thought they might have been having me on to get me to book it, but phoned the following week to see if there were any left and there weren't!). Since then, have always booked on-site for the following year.
