Full hour reflexology treatment
Full bogy aromatherapy massage
Ful body massage
Back massage
And a hopi ear candling session
Pre-tan full body exfoliation massage
By a mobile therapist coming to your home.
Im trying to get my price list together and i have been told i am over priced, i priced myself as £25,£35,£30.£15, £15 and £17
I want to be competetive but not too cheap, any help would be great.

What part of the country are you in? Things are a lot more expensive in the south.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0

If it is any consolation, if I were to book my girlfriend a nice surprise to get away with the kids and looked at your price, I would not have any problem in paying them.
It may be different for people paying for these things for themselves but as a treat, I would quite gladly pay your pricesLBM - 30/07/09

I currently pay
Ful body massage (swedish) £40
Back massage £25
And a hopi ear candling session
They charge £35 for this at my gym and I think it's too expensive
Pre-tan full body exfoliation massage
I would pay £25
I think your prices sound very competitive, but for the massages (and I'm not trying to sound rude here) it would depend on how good you are. I have very particular about massages and would not go for a cheap massage if it was badly done.
Hope that helps!Not buying clothes for a year - it's liberating!0 -
Yes I would pay these prices for a nice salon, relaxing music, calm and quiet. I think they are too high for a mobile therapist. You won't have the same overheads, and the customers won't get the same experience. Different if it was nails, waxing etc when people might pay for the convenience of not going to a salon.
It might be better to look at what salary you are wanting to earn, and break that down and look at time, materials and travelling costs. Then compare this to salon prices.
Good luck with the venture0 -
i think those prices are reasonable.0

I think your prices are too high for a mobile therapist, but it can depend where in the country you are to some degree.0

Hello,
I buy the candles in a health shop (I had one treatment at a salon that set me back £35) I now get them for £6.95 a pair.
Physically they take the wax out of the ears but I find they help with my sinusitis, headaches and when I get "tickley ear" at the start of a cold. I've been told that they are similar to having your ear syringed (tho I've never tried ear syringe-ing:o ) and that it shouldn't be done too often someone mentioned once a month was more than enough. I only use them when I feel the need for them so I don;t use them every month.
I have a morbid fascination at pulling the candle apart and inspecting the wax that has been removedNo outfit is complete without cat hair or baby vomit :j0
