Ok, maby one of you cleaver lot can help me.... need a laptop.

Cant spend more than £400
Which ever laptop I get I need to go and collect it myself., PC world is really close to my house.. and was wondering can you earn piggpoint with this and is it a good deal if i do?, how much would i get back in points? I already have pc just want this one for downloading, and dvds burning films etc
Will I be able to just plug it it and start or are there other bits ill need? Using orange boradband so is there anything eles i should know?
