I wanna complaint letter

Firstly, feel free to move this thread as I didn't know where to put it.

Basically I bought a second hand car and have had numerous problems which haven't been sorted. I rang a government funded consumer helpline and they have told me to write a letter quoting the sale of goods act (S14 I think).

What I am after is some sort of template for the letter as I want to make sure that I cover my back and don't lose my rights by wording it wrong.

Any help or pointers in the right direction will be appreciated.

Your local Citizen Advice Bureau will probably do it for you.
