Why are they not good prices? Can you find better prices to buy these from? Sainsbury sells a pack of 12 durex perfoma for £9.99, not the cheapest of the supermarkets.  This site sells them @29p, thats about £3.50 for 12.  

Read the original post thoroughly, Orange99 said postage is £1.50, so if you just buy one for 20p it would be £1.70 for 4 with postage as there is a offer of 3 condoms free with every order in november.  If you spend £5 or over on an order postage is free.

I did read the post properly. It's daft to pay £1.70 for 4 condoms (35p each) when you can buy 25 for £5 + 3 free = 28 for £5 = less than 18p each or approx half the price of the original suggestion. That's all. Or to put it another way, the extra 24 condoms only cost £3.30 which is less than 14p each.

Of course, if getting through 4 condoms before the use-by date is an issue, I bow to the OP's knowledge.

I think people are sometimes seduced by the idea of something for nothing, and throw their thinking heads on the bonfire (seasonal link :S).

I didn't look at all of their prices, but the Durex Performa on the front page are more expensive than xessentials, unless you are buying 144. And if you need 144 condoms, then I am far too jealous of you ;D Well, actually not if you need the Performa ones as they are designed to stop premature ejaculation, not a problem of mine ... honest

As Martin always advises, when you know what brand you want shop around, a single shop is rarely has the lowest price for ALL products.

I was looking on there today (not that I'm obsessed by condoms or anything!) and if you're in that frame of mind that more is less, then you might as well buy the mates bulk pack (http://www.xessentials.co.uk/mates/bulk%20ultra%20safe) which works out (with the 10% discount above plus 3 free condoms = 103 condoms) at a fraction over 13p each.

Excellent prices, thanks to the OP.

I think they can offer good prices as they sell them in singles rather than the retail boxes, so they get them in bulk.
