Hi Everyone,

Just been on to Toluna and its up and running again.

Also all of my sponsered polls are blank, not sure if they are new or if they have lost the data thou, but you should still get the 15 points for each!

Just checked if they have any new vouchers and ALL of the deecent vouchers have gone up to 60,000 points.

Amazon, Sainsburys, Halfords, HMV and CD Wow are now ALL 60,000 points to get a £10 or a £12 voucher.

I was so close to my £5 as well.

have just tried a few sponsered polls...and NONE of them registered in my account...so...as of now, I'm keeping a tally of how many...and once my Sainsbury's £5 voucher arrives (if it ever does, that is..I'm not holding out much hope now..) I'm gone, Toluna is probably the crappiest site I've come across!!

The sponsored polls are also acting odd on my account, I've done quite a few today and yesterday and though they're showing up on my points section, my actual number of points hasn't gone up. I've emailed them about this, but I doubt I'll get a reply any time soon.

Same thing is happening to me ,my polls are registering but points total not going up.Will see what happens.

I just wondered if anyone is having problems with waiting for replies to emails from Toluna? I have emailed them 6 times regarding them sending me a duff E Voucher code for HMV, and lo n behold they are ignoring my emails.... I am now having to contact HMV to see if the can trace the E Voucher code to see if has been a "real" code to start with.
I wondered if anyone had an email address that I could use to send an email to them instead of using their "contact us" email which obviously doesnt seem to work.. :mad::mad::mad:

No problems for me with toluna so far, 2 vouchers ordered and delivered within the specified time, whereas i have had problems with others which other posters have never had a problem with, guess its just the luck of the draw, perhaps somebody could start a ranking thread for survey companies to see if there are any common problems with certain sites, or whether it is just the odd occasion that there are problems.

Well i worked through the 400 odd points polls and got my points straight away, they are showing on my account and all updated.

Must say, ive not had any problems with them either, and compared to all of the others i do, they are definately my favourite

Agreed. Toluna are one of my favourites too as you can earn a lot of points quickly and I've never had any problems with them so far.

I just done some sponsored polls as a test and they came through ok.

Yes I do quite well with them. 3 hmv vouchers this yr + a rather unscheduled extra in their 2 for the price of 1 hidden promotion
