Twinks Hobnobs would go down a storm !!

Kids love fairy cakes and they sell well.
It's not paranoia if they really are after you.
  • Carrot cake looks and smells lovely.
I use the Bero recipie and it works, Bero is now online.
Lets get this straight. Say my house is worth £100K, it drops £20K and I complain but I should not complain when I actually pay £200K via a mortgage:rolleyes:

I make a butternut squash cake that seems to sell really well, I think bcos its so weird sounding :rotfl:! Its lovely like a smooth carrot cake.

recipe i use is based on this one, http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,196,158186-234192,00.html
but a bit less cinnemon and no Pumpkin pie spice

make sure you put a nice cream cheese frosting on top to make it look good. makes quite a big cake.

Definitely Twinks hobnobs - they are so easy to make. I made some yesterday and thought they'd be good to take in next time we have a cake stall at work. I made about 40, at 10p a biscuit that would be a massive profit as I used all smartprice stuff. Even at 5p a biscuit, as it's a school thing you'd made a fair bit.
  • I used to make gingerbread men and women for my children's school fetes. They went down a storm, mainly because I think they were fairly unusual at the time. The kids enjoyed helping to make them, although some of their more creative decorations had to stay at home, in the tin.:rotfl:
