Hi
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but am after some advice.
I bought back in march a playhouse for £100, they then called to say that the first one that was sent had been damaged and another was on its was. That was all fine. When i checked partners bank Toys R Us had refunded the money back for the damaged one.
Then a month later they called to say they want the money back as it was an error on their computer system. I havent paid them bck just said i need to check the bank to check and call back.
Can someone tell me where i stand with this:
Will i need to pay them back? As they have admited it was an error on their behalf.
Or will this effect my credit if i dont? As i never took out a credit agreement with them?
Your advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks

you received a new play house so you have to pay for the goods otherwise it would be theft.
They have called and informed you of their error and now you have to pay for the goods that you received.0 -

I don't understand the problem, unless you mean you'd like to try to keep the playhouse without paying for it, which sounds like they could go after you for non-payment and possibly hurt your credit rating. If they sent you a new playhouse and it was fine, you should pay for it.0
