Anyone remember the post-it pen offer?

I ordered this ages ago, but it only came last week - does anybody remember this?
It came in a huge jiffy from Austria I think - with a short letter about applying for a carpet (??).
The pen is quite nice and has a little window which twists at the top to reveal a small sticky strip (red).
Anybody else have/get one of these?
Anybody know where the orig thread is? I tried searching for "Postit" "post-it" and "post it" but failed to find anything.
