Self emplyed mortgage

Options
Hi, after many years of renting I now want my own place. I am self employed, earning £35,000 p/a after tax etc.

Can anyone advise me of a decent company to apply for a self employed mortgage ?

I don't want to put a lot down as a deposit - maybe 5%...

Cheers folks.

As long as your income is verifiable and can support the loan - you can have any scheme on the market at 95%.

Just because you are self employed does not mean you should not be able to get a standard mortgage - however some lenders will want more paperwork than others for self employed people
