Hi,
I recently starting working alongside Payplan (who have been excellent) to reduce my debt to a more affordable monthly repayment, the main reason for this was because of a loan I took out with Barclays for £9,000 with this was a considerable amount of PPI. Is there any possibility even though I am now with a Debt Management Company that I would be able to claim my PPI back?and if so how do I do this.
Thanks in advance

If it was missold then yes you may have a claim that could effectively mean that your debt could be reduced. I do not see why a DMP would have any bearing on this.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. It was mis sold to me as a when I topped up my loan they told me it would strengthen my chances of getting the new improved loan. How long do they usually take to process these claims.0

It depends on your reasons for mis-sale and how those reasons reflect against the records held.
If you say you were bullied into it but the proof is not there, then you will not succeed.
