Hi,
I would appreciate if someone could cast an eye over the following, and see if I have done my sum's correctly (I don't want to know if they are not to the nearest penny, just roughly that my workings are correct). My girlfriend is a student at present, though is taking a year out sometime soon, so I have included within the council tax workings the costs if 25% discount is applied for her being a student, and also the workings for if she is not valid for 25% discount. The costs below are per person as my friend is going to use the spare bedroom for 5 or 6 months and his girlfriend will be joining him while they are back in the UK. Therefore I have worked out monthly costs for two people, 3 people and 4 people.
I really appreciate anyone's guidance/advice on this. Thank you in advance.
Ewan

N.B Gas is reviewed quarterly. They start you off on £50 per month. If you use less than £50 per month over an average of however many months, they will reduce your monthly bill. I doubt we use as much as £50 per month on gas.
Electricity has still to be sorted out and added to the above figures.
