Court Form Nx4

Please can anyone advise, NR did'nt get a charging order, we have informed the Land registry of this. They have said that NR have to inform them that they did'nt get a CO.

We then asked if they don't ,then we have to fill in a form NX4. Does anyone know how much thiss would cost and were do we get one of this forms?

I wonder if they meant Form RX4 (Application to withdraw a restriction).

I would double check back with the land registry if I was you.

I think your right, thats the form we need. Not sure if should do the form or wait to NR do it?

As said, double check to make sure.

The LR - Online Fee Calculator gives me:

Application type: Notice, caution, inhibition, restriction or note - cancelling the registration of
Applicable Fee Scale: N/A
Stated value £: N/A
Fee: No fee payable

Again, it is not clear that is the right one.

If I was you I would have another chat with the LR and/or the court to sort out when you need to do this, and what form/fee is required.
