HI yes i am one of max's cardiganettes :rotfl:

Went really well, got there at 9.30, sat waiting for a welfare guy to go through my forms with me, shaking like mad and nearly crying

The loveliest, friendliest least judgemental man in the world turned up at 10, my welfare officer, he was so so so so good, after i'd finished blubbing he calmed me down.Went thro forms no problems

Took me to clerk, paid fee's with remission, she went off and got it stamped

All done, no judge seen or anything.

    Phew!

Cried a little more, then left, but dont feel relieved, happy, flat or anything just a little numb.

Took me nearly 2 hours to get home cos of the traffic, sorry to keep u all waiting.

Just the OR phone call to do and try and convince them to let me keep my car, put a big long letter in with my form as to why i need my car.

Thank you all so so so so much for your support, advice and lovely posts

    Hi Cardigirl,

Why not ring the bank and deliver the good news. They'll freeze the account immediately and with luck the transfer from eBay will bounce back.
