Does anyone know where I can find/compare the best 2 year fixed rate mortgages 95% LTV without a higher lending charge?
I had a really good site but can't remember what it's called.

http://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables is a good start
you can get it to show rates based on your inputted criteria , then just ignore those with Higher lending Charge ( new name for Mig )
Of course inputted criteria / comparison tables don't always tell you whats the most suitable product, just the facts around the proucts listedAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
Thanks - I think that was the good one I had previously been on.0
