Don't know if its been mentioned but there is a 5p listing day on Ebay on Thursday, could help minimise costs of ebaying for some and bring in more money for the challenge!

Cool thanks! I had no idea, so will get listing.

  • Hi Folks

Well been having a bit of a pants time and havent really been focused at all.

Been clicking and jpining some sites but havent reached any payout levels yet so wont count these until I do. Thinking £300 might have been a tad ambitious for my first month so going to half it to £150 to keep myself motivated. (feel like a bit of a failure)

Well finally catching up after not being able to get on the computer much over the weekend. Great to see so much money coming in for everyone - keep it up! :D
Welcome to those joining us - never too late and fine to start with a pro-rata figure!
The challenge is really a personal one - people choose their own target and push for that - and however much we each make it is all money we didn't have before.

Re. the matched betting question - the best place to ask is the newbies thread on the Gambling Loopholes board. They are friendly there and will help. Also check out Donglemouse's sticky and the Introductory sticky for the best offers. You want a simple stake returned offer without a wager through requirement - if I recall - Coral is a good starting point. Good luck.

My own update since last posting:
    • ebay: £18.71
    • dog training: £50
    • electricity refund: £3.65
    • saved on dog walker: £6.50
    • matched betting: £19.39
Am really pleased with that as I am nearly 80% of the way to my target - and even though I finish my month on 25th I still have half the time to go.

Made a bit extra on ebay last night so yesterdays total was £10.30 :)

Hmmm, super suspicious that ebay have another cheap listing day. They keep giving away money off vouchers too  Shouldn't complain really, but it's doing the trick and making me keep my business listings up!

Off to get some work done.

Not making as much money as i would like on ebay. My Myleene Klass book sold for £2.95, another ebayer sold theirs for £5.50! And our starting bid was the same!

Only made £6.94 on 7th June from Ebay
Only made £2.00 on 5th June from Ebay
Only made £4.80 on 8th June from Ebay.

    Still trying....

Dreadful day so far due to my stupidity! I am up £4.80 due to playboycasino (instead of £50!!) + £8.50 refund from Homebase which equals £13.30. Have ebaay ending this evening so will pop back in later.

p.s hope some of you have managed to get out in the sun today as it is really glorious and to those that have been stuck in the office or indoors no worries as it is meant to stick around longer than a day this week :)

I just popped on to check you'd all seen the Ebay listing day, and see that IWantToBeFree mentioned it above. For those who might have skimmed over it...

    5p Ebay listing day Thursday!

which actually includes Buy-it-nows for once - hooray!
    And don't forget that it's...

    Free Bala Gingo today!

I used a huge pile of extra points coupons at Tesco this morning and got about 3400 Clubcard points worth nearly £140 in deals, all for stuff I'd have had to buy eventually anyway. Will count it as the face value of £34, plus £6 in money-off coupons I managed to slip in as well!

The Play-boy cas-ino offer is FANTASTIC!!! Cleared £99.88 profit for about 10 minutes work the other day. Thanks to all who flagged that one up for us! Anyone who hasn't done it yet...DO IT! Completely free money!

The usual assortment of mystery shops, surveys etc as well. My target is coming along nicely! Holiday next week, but I'm going to set some Ebay listings running for while I'm away so hopefully I'll come back to a large pile of orders (hopefully nobody will want the stuff in a hurry though!). Off to update my total.

:T Thanks for that pandapaws, didnt know about Gala:T

    Update for 9th June

    Balance c/f 176.40

    2 x Mystery Shops = £16.50

    Total = £192.90:j
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • Can I ask a probably stupid question??? How do you mean free day at Gala Bingo? Im not registered with the site, how much would I need to deposit into my account to play 'free'?
