Quick question for you regarding ebay (could probably find it on there somewhere but hey thought you could probably answer in terms I will understand!) Have been thinking hard about how I could make some extra money and I have always been quite artistic, paint canvases, make costume jewellery that kind of thing. Anyway..............I have never sold anything on ebay before, am a bit afraid I will do it wrong, but if I was could I just list these items individually or do I need to do an ebay shop thing? Can you tell me what the charges for listing on ebay are and what happens if I list something that doesnt sell? Do I still get charged?
Ohhhh sorry just realised I have asked you about 90 million questions!!!

Etsy is starting to grow over this side of the pond (it's us based) and is purely for crafted stuff and supplies, I love browsing but don't sell or buy often so don't know too much about the pricing structure and what not but well worth a look into. There's also a similar type site called DaWanda and it's european based but I don't usually browse there, again, might be worth a look!
A lot of handmade stuff doesn't sell too well on ebay due to people mainly looking for a bargain, people buying on the other sites appreciate the work put into something more.

i sell on etsy and its much better than ebay for selling handmade stuff. its 20cents a listing but you can have as many pics as you like and a listing is up for about 4 months so you get your moneys worth!
