How do you do it? Have approx 250 on current account which is in the overdraft-take out or leave in?

we are seeing a debt counsellor who helped my sister out with bankruptcy tomorrow, too many silly things though like have holiday booked with kids 19th July we will more than likely lose the car so no hols very very confused but thank you

Is there a good reason why you'll lose the car?

Is the holiday in the UK? kids love travelling by train/coach..or if this typical english summer continues, then you could always 'swim' there:mad:

I have been using public transport for 7 months now, and it is quite fun as BLTN says, trains are great fun I love going on the train! I feel all important ! haha

hi folks problem is car is on finance-only 2 payments have been made. Thing is if we go bk we can afford payments, have worked out figures again! today and weare £266 down if that makes sense. Holiday is in Ireland and hubby can't swim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If yo have £250 left in current account via overdraft i would use it, (i did) and OR said it was ok. I actually had £750 but was OD before bankruptcy most of the time.
