dont commit your self to using the whole £5000 as you will not need to use it all if your debts are just over £5000 - if you really cannot wait for the settlement pack then use the cccs calculations to get the figures to repay £3000 and start from there

    Hi Jindebt.

As I said yesterday, hold on before contacting the creditors the pack you requested yesterday from us will answer your questions and will contain a template letter to use.

    Hi Jindebt,

If you are in the situation where you may have a lump sum to be able to offer to your creditors, I would suggest to give us a call. We can give you some advice on how to go about approaching the creditors, and also supply you with a template letter to use.

    Hope this helps,
    CCCS

    Hi Matthew,

    Maybe you can help....
I recently posted e thread on here regarding some debts that I had with Intelligence Finance which is now into the ends of CapQuest. I Had 2 loans & an overdraft with IF. After 18 months paying Capquest towards my debt I finally decided back in March to cease all payments as they had increased my payments by almost 50%! By having raised some money via family I managed to pay off 2 of them (£538 reduced from £705) and (£998.90 reduced from £1436). I still owe them £12000 but so far have refused to reduce that amount. I want to pay them in full but do not have the full amount. What would be your advise?
    Thank you
