does not apply to me but its a good article with good advice - especially about signed CCA's ( credit card agreements) - everyone whos having trouble paying debt shoulld ask for a copy of their signed credit agreement - this is useful if the company does not play ball with your proposed arrnagememts - after all without a signed CCA they cannot legally persue the edebt0
