ge money

we had aloan which we thought was with ocean finance but as time went on the company change to GE money . we payed the loan then we found out that there was still £3 000 owing we payed this but also found out they had an order against the house.
Please can anybody advice us if we can claim any of the money we over payed back if so how do we go about it.

please don't get sucked in by ocean finance like we did:confused:

    Do you have a credit agreement? How much have you paid back? You need to give all of the information etc
