Can a Bankrupt sell on Ebay?

I am just talking about personal possessions.. not power selling or anything!

  • Hi DC,

Its fine to sell on ebay as long as you're not talking big bucks, if its just a few quid here and there you should be fine!

Its half price listing day tomorrow as well

I suppose in theory any assets that were worth anything to the OR would have been listed on your SoA and he/she would have laid claim to them then ;)

I hope so because I've been selling since I went BR :D

Only small things, DVDs, games etc, but have raised a good few hundred quid.

Like said before, as long as not selling assets that OR would be interested in I can't see there being a problem (I hope so anway!)
