Address for Mbna and Capital one Please!!!

Hello everyone,

does anyone know the addresses to write to for MBNA and Capital One when sending a letter advising of DMP underway with Payplan and paying a nominal fee, I get my bills emailed to me and there are no contact adreeses listed on either. I have also searched on Google but gives lots of different addesses but not sure which ones are the correct..

Any help gratefully received..
