Cashback Problems

Hi - can anyone tell me where to post a problem re cashback sites? I've searched all forums but can't seem to find anything relevant.
In case this is the correct place, has anyone else had problems with the cashback site logging a transaction? I got a quote for home insurance through NatWest in February and definitely went through Topcashback which I'm registered with to get it.
In April I went back through the cashback site to retrieve the quote from NatWest and then went ahead and took out the insurance. I kept checking Topcashback because I realised the transaction takes a while to show up when, after a month there was nothing, I opened up an enquiry to log it manually. It gave a list of sites I had visited through the site and NatWest wasn't one of them. There seemed to be others missing as well though.
Has anyone had a similar problem and can anyone tell me how you can prove you went through the cashback site to the company concerned or do you have to rely on them logging it?

Thanks Edinburghlass - that looks like a more relevant place to post the query. I'll try there although would never have found it just looking around! I did try the search facility originally but it certainly didn't come up with anything like that which was why I had to take pot luck.Marg0
